Job Description:

Experience of selling Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto and Big Basket.
• New product introduction, assortment management on app.
• Collaborating with the internal teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives.
Coordination with supply chain team for better fill rate.
• Developing accurate sales forecasts and annual business plans, aligning with organizational goals.
• Proactively addressing & resolving issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Enhancing purchase order to achieve more efficient sales, resulting in increased business revenue.
• Assessing metrics such as GMV vs Order Growth, optimizing offers based on user segmentation, adjusting
product prices and offering propositions.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Education
(degree / diploma)

• Minimum Qualification: MBA/ PG min 5-6 Years of experience

Experience

• Must have prior experience at a national level/region level in consumer
business.
• Strong knowledge of channels, distribution partners, geographies and
consumer goods industry.
• Prior experience in managing dedicated retail channel is preferred
• Strong planning and execution skills and ability to see an activity end to
end
• Relationship Management/Negotiation Skills/Cost effective Management

• Good communication skills spoken and written, Business development
skills, key account management, negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities and effectively convince stake holders on
ideas
• Ability to roll up sleeves, work with people and get execution.

• Ability to manage ambiguity
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
