IT Recruitment, Staffing, C2H & Third Party Payroll Services
(Experience- Atleast 5+ years in Sales)
• 360° understanding of Sales Process- Lead Generation, Negotiation,
Agreement/Contracts & Closures.
• Should be able to turnaround Business quickly, need to have proven track
record in Sales of IT Recruitment & Staffing Services.
• Must have worked with and executed High Value Contracts in Key Accounts.
• Should have good database of Potential clients for immediate business
conversions.
• Should be Excellent at Lead Generation & Business development.
• Shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Sales
Strategies to close target driven business.
• Will be given Revenue based targets and additional Performance Incentives
