Position - Assistant Sales Manager

Reporting - Zonal officer

Duty - Work 8 & half hour duty.
Totally field work.
Generate leads by own.
1^st round online/virtual,2^nd round personal.3^rd final round

Position Overview- 

• Co-ordination with All technicians, dealer, shortlisting of

prospective dealers, visiting customers on regular basis and generating maintenance and repair business, commercial budget jobs.

Experience - 5.00Yrs to 9.00 Years

Age - 30+Years

Education - Dip Mechanical or BE Mechanical

Place of posting - Gandhidhan / Ahmedabad

Responsibility - 

• To establish & monitor sales as well as dealer network.

Conduct technical seminar, implementation of strategy for increase in sales volume and level of motivation of the team. Developing contacts with the end users, generating regular monthly business. Co-ordination with dealers, shortlisting of prospective dealers, visiting customers on regular basis.

Key Requirements - 

• Exposure to Thermal power plants, Petro chemicals, cements, steel & sugar plants. Should have good       

       communication skills. Computer proficient. Must have his own vehicle. Proficient in local languages

• Self driven, good interpersonal skills, Time
