PROJECT MANAGER / COORDINATOR
Job Description:
We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER / COORDINATOR with 8 years of Experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Project Planning and Coordination:
o Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
o Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking
minutes.
o Track project milestones and deliverables.
o Update and maintain project documentation.
2. Communication:
o Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication.
o Ensure timely and effective communication between all project stakeholders.
o Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
3. Resource Management:
o Assist in the management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and
materials.
o Coordinate and track resource allocations and availability.
4. Risk and Issue Management:
o Identify potential project risks and issues.
o Assist in developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
o Monitor and report on project risks and issues.
5. Support:
o Maintain project files and records.
o Process project-related invoices and expense reports.
o Support budget tracking and financial reporting.
6. Quality Control:
o Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
o Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
8 years of experience in a project coordination or support role.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Proficiency in project management
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management skill.
Experience as PM in any industry [ IT, Non –IT, Banking , construction, marketing, etc.]
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
MBA in Marketing or Business administration or related fields.
Minimum 8 years of experience
Strong communication, people handling and logical skills, excellent written & oral
communication skill.
Experience in customer service
a flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing
environment
Strong leadership abilities, must be confident, patient and proactive.
Location: Coimbatore, Gandhipuram
