**Location:Adajan Prime Market
Type: Full-time
Office Time - 9:45am to 6:45pm
Saturday - 9:45 am to 5:45 Pm ( 1hr early leave)
**HR Recruiter Responsibilities:**
- Source, screen, and select candidates for various positions within the company
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Maintain candidate records and provide updates to hiring managers
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
**Team Leader Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver exceptional services to clients
- Set goals, provide coaching, and monitor team performance
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Proven experience in recruitment and team leadership
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
- Strategic thinking and ability to adapt to changing priorities
