Job Description:
To check the specification parameters while issuing the Purchase orders to factories.
Sending all product descriptions
Sending all inputs like bar code stickers / carton marking etc for repeat orders
Sending artwork inputs if available
- To do online inspection / preparing MIS reports on readiness of goods and date of dispatch
- To arrange for samples from factories for sending to buyer / for arranging exhibition samples
- To monitor shipment status closely and intimate marketing staff accordingly about shipment status and goods readiness
- To work with factories and build good personal relationships to get the word done in a timely manner
