Sr. HR Executive - Skilling Industry - Delhi (Okhla Phase 3)
Job Description:
We are having an opening for the position of Sr. HR Executive with one of our very reputed clients in the Skilling Industry at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Setup, interviews, and employee handling.
- Having experience in Recruitment.
- Good knowledge of portals.
- Strong Follow up with the vendors and candidates.
- Completing the Onboarding process and joining formalities.
- Issuing offer letter & appointment letter.
- Updating the Excel database of the candidates on a daily basis.
- Leave Management.
- Payroll Activity.
- Making Presentation
- Coordination with inhouse.
- Looking after the overall branch operation.
- Coordination with the management.
Working Days - 5 days (Mon - Fri)
Work Time - 10:00AM - 7:00 PM
Candidates Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Time management skills.
- Strong Coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Advance Excel & Presentation.
- HRMS Software knowledge is must.
