Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Sales Executive/Manager (Closing) for a reputed company in Mumbai (Andheri East).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding & providing explanation of the product to customer 
  • Financial Knowledge: Cost sheet, Customer Finance & Negotiation Skills

Candidate's Profile:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4–6 years of experience in real estate sales, lead generation, or channel partner management
  • Strong understanding of western suburbs Mumbai real estate landscape, current market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
  • Comfortable with collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
