RELAVANT EXPERIENCE: 5 to 10 Years from Real Estate background.
QUALIFICATION:B Tech-Civil & NICMAR
- BE / B.Tech (Civil) with 5 to 10 Years of experience on Planning Engineer Role. M.Tech or NICMAR will be an added advantage.
- Must have recent experience on any high rise residential or commercial projects at least 20 floors.
- Should have worked for one full cycle of the project from starting to finish.
- Should have experience on Project Planning, Preparation of Master & Micro schedule, Project Tracking, Project Monitoring, Project Coordination, MIS etc.
- Hands on experience on AutoCAD and MS Projects.
