Job Title: Planner – Civil  

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary Range: SAR 4500 - 5500 SAR per month

                       (Accommodation, Transportation, and Food Provided by Company)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Civil Planner  with a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and commercial building projects. Candidates with experience working on SABIC projects will be given preference .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
  • Site Analysis: Conduct thorough site assessments to evaluate environmental, geological, and topographical factors that may impact project design and construction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing land use, zoning, environmental protection, and building codes.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as government agencies, utility companies, and community organizations, to facilitate project approval and execution.
  • Design Oversight: Provide input during the design phase of projects, reviewing engineering plans and specifications to ensure feasibility and alignment with project goals.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment, and other project expenses, monitoring expenditures throughout the project lifecycle to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with project implementation, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress against established milestones, identifying and addressing any deviations from the original plan.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to uphold standards of workmanship and ensure that completed projects meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, permits, and approvals, and provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, specifically in residential and commercial building projects.
  • Proven experience with SABIC projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in the use of design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering design tools.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
