Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Design Engineer to join our construction team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in interior design within the construction industry, holding a Bachelor's degree, and must be able to provide a portfolio of work samples. This role requires creating and executing innovative, functional interior designs that align with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development:
• Create detailed interior design concepts, including layouts, color schemes, and materials selection.
• Produce design drawings, models, and visualizations using design software.
• Innovate and implement creative design solutions that meet client needs.
• Project Management:
• Oversee the entire design process from concept through to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure cohesive project integration.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Client Engagement:
• Conduct meetings with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Present design proposals and make necessary revisions based on client feedback.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and materials.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other design professionals and construction teams.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance to enhance their skills and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in interior design within the construction industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comprehensive understanding of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
