Job Title: Expeditor

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: 4,000 to 5,000 SAR

Benefits : Transportation and  Medical

Work Timing : 5 days Working  (Timings 8 am to 5 pm)

Nationalities: Philippine, Sri Lankan, Nepali, Jordan Nationals only.

Work Permit: Transferable Iqama  required

Job Description:

We are seeking a forward-thinking and vibrant individual to join our ever-growing team as an Expeditor. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented team player who will oversee the entire order process. Key responsibilities and requirements are outlined below:

Key Responsibilities:

Review Purchase Orders: Examine the terms and conditions of Purchase Orders from the Purchasing Department. Ensure supplier Order Confirmations align with our POs, report any discrepancies, and confirm delivery timelines meet requirements. Upload Order Confirmations to ERP and update the status.

Coordinate on Deviations: Manage any discrepancies between submitted offers and Purchase Orders by coordinating with the Buyer.

Order Acknowledgment: Follow up on order acknowledgments.

Amend POs: Process PO amendments with approval from the Dept. Manager/Branch Manager.

Issue LC Applications: Handle LC applications and submit them to the accounts department via ERP.

Order Follow-Up: Monitor order progress and update ERP with status updates for each follow-up.

Inspection Notifications: Notify the QA department via ERP for inspections.

Shipping Entries: Enter shipping details in ERP upon receipt of shipping advice from suppliers.

Document Follow-Up: Ensure timely receipt of shipping and clearing documents from suppliers before the vessel's arrival.

Liaison for Issues: Coordinate with QA department and suppliers for any clarifications related to MTC, short shipment, or material damage.

General Correspondence: Handle all order and inquiry correspondence and update ERP status accordingly.

Supplier Relations: Maintain healthy and strong relationships with suppliers.

Record Maintenance: Keep all records updated in accordance with ERP system practices.

Daily Task Report: Update the Daily Task Report in ERP.

Additional Duties: Complete any other tasks assigned by Dept Manager/Branch Manager/Management.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven work experience as an Expeditor or in a similar role.

Project Management: Experience managing projects from conception to delivery.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.

Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Education: Minimum bachelor's degree.

Availability: Prefer candidates who can join immediately.

Language: Must speak English.

Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with Inco terms and logistics.
