1. Molecule Development and Cost Assessment:
- Conduct research on the assigned molecules, such as Wieratume.
- Assess the proposed synthetic routes for feasibility.
- Calculate the cost (Return on Cost - RoC) and provide detailed reports to the manager for decision-making.
- Provide valuable input during the decision-making process.

2. Synthesis Planning and Execution:
- Plan and schedule the synthesis of assigned molecules, considering available resources.
- Actively participate as a team player to ensure the successful execution of projects.

3. Project Review and Troubleshooting:
- Regularly review assigned projects to track progress and identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot problems to ensure project success and timely completion.

4. Vendor Qualification and Specification Generation:
- Plan and execute activities related to vendor qualification.
- Generate and update specifications for raw materials (RMs) and key raw material intermediates (KRMI).

5. Lab Validation and Preparation:
- Perform lab validation and prepare necessary documents for Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) compliance.
- Ensure the accurate preparation of Analytical Method Validation (AMV) reports.

6. Lab Notebook Maintenance:
- Maintain and review lab notebooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulatory standards.

7. Report Analysis:
- Understand and analyze reports received from the analytical department.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on the analytical data.

8. Process Validation and Troubleshooting:
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for process validation in pilot and commercial plant scales.
- Ensure the validation of developed processes and address any issues that arise.

9. Report Preparation and Review:
- Ensure the timely preparation and review of lab development reports.
- Make necessary changes to reports to ensure accuracy and comprehensiveness.
