Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Executive - Sales Services  for a reputed company in FMCG Industry at the Navi Mumbai (Ghansoli)location.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate would be 28+ years of age with minimum 4 years of experience doing similar office jobs. The candidate should be hardworking, sincere and honest. He/ She should have clear oral and written communication. The person should be comfortable interacting with people and work in a team. He should be willing to learn new things.

Reporting To - CEO

Target Companies - B Class companies

Industry - FMCG, Pharma, Consumer durables, Manufacturing etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Receiving orders from the trade channel , evaluating and processing
  2. Get the invoicing done, track dispatch and follow up for the payments
  3. Handle back end of Sales App, approvals, permissions, reports generation etc.
  4. Monitoring attendance, leaves, Salaries and Expenses of the Sales Team
  5. Generating MIS on Sales Team Effectiveness
  6. Generating Sales Performance of Sales Team and Distributors
  7. Other similar and related works.
  8. Successful experience in MIS generation, data management, coordination with sales team, distributors, and various departments of the organization like accounts, dispatch, sales etc.

Job to be done on day to day basis:

  • Receiving Sales Orders
  • Calculating order value, applying schemes, following up for payment, coordinating with dispatch, tracking
  • dispatch, communicating Invoice and dispatch details to the parties
  • Answering queries / resolving issues being faced by the sales team or the distributors
  • Preparing attendance sheets, verifying expenses, coordinating with accounts for the release of sales team's
  • payments
  • Preparing and circulating Field Work Analysis and Sales Performance to all concerned
  • Filing and maintaining records - soft and hard copies. Preparing and Presenting Reports and Analytics, Attending Meeting's etc.

Working Days - Monday to Saturday

Candidates Profile:

  • Proficiency in Excel advance functions, v-lookup, h-lookup and x-lookup, handling large database
  • Oral and Written Communication
  • Generating MIS reports
  • MS Office - Word, Power Point, sourcing data from the Internet
  • Managing files and records - soft and hard copies
  • Data Management.
  • Sincere and Honest

  • Ability to network and connect with people.
  • Positive attitude
  • Hard working and willing to complete tasks in assigned timeframe
  • Clear communication - written and oral
  • Proficiency in excel including advance excel functions
