Job role -1. Customer relationship Manager (Female only) - Candidate should be Presentable, should have fluency in English, Experience in hotels, Malls commercial offices, real estate will be preferred. Mails, Callings, Business proposals, data records

1. Implantation of sales process
2. Conducting regular customer relationship activity at dealership.
3. Resolve customer concern through sales Team.
4. Ensure that every customer is given proper attention.
5. Ensure that every customer is followed up and feedback is recorded.
6. Establish a personal rapport with the customer.
7. To present his/her visiting card to every delivery customers.
8. Organize customer Meet on periodic basis.
9. Ensure customer delight at the time of vehicle delivery.
10. Update and send daily reports to regional management & SSI managers.
11. Ensure in time resolution of complaints registered.
