Plant Operator - Production
Job Description:
- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting spray dryers and performing in-process quality control testing
- Cleaning ball mills, tanks, spray dryers, and other equipment as needed
- Troubleshooting dryer processes and working closely with Supervisors and Engineers
- Ensuring smooth and consistent operation of the spray dryer
- Processing customized orders for the spray dry department
- Maintaining plant records and preparing daily reports on plant operations and controls
- Observing and inspecting plant quality of raw materials and all plant equipment
- Performing routine grounds and building maintenance and repair
