Job Description:

Position: Sales Executive

Experience: 1 year or more

CTC: ₹15,000 per month (₹1.8 LPA)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the corporate, B2B, and institutional sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate packaging solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with customers to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Higher Secondary or Above
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of packaging industry trends and products is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
