Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Development Executive to support our product development team in the printing packaging industry. This role involves assisting in the creation and testing of new packaging solutions, coordinating projects, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support Product Development:
• Assist in developing flexible packaging, rigid packaging, and labels.
• Conduct market research and support innovative packaging concepts.
2. Project Coordination:
• Manage timelines and budgets for product development projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
3. Technical Support and Testing:
• Assist in creating and testing prototypes to meet specifications.
• Document test results and address issues.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Implement quality assurance processes and address quality issues.
5. Customer Engagement:
• Understand client needs and provide technical support.
• Incorporate customer feedback into product improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science, Engineering, Product Design, or related field.
• 2+ years of product development experience in the printing packaging industry.
• Knowledge of packaging materials and technologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and design tools.
