Programmer Cum Supervisor

Job Description:

• The primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for a Programmer cum Supervisor - Machine shop are listed below:
• Prepare Machine program for HMC & VMC.
• First Job prove on machine with prepared program.
• Review the PADR/ Detail Part list released from Design team
• Prepare shortage list / indent for RAW material, KANBAN, Sub-contract item to place purchase order. Declare long Manufacturing item & discuss with HOD.
• Arrange offer for tools, Raw material etc. from supplier / Vendor & Negotiate.
• Prepare Production Plan in an Excel for smooth Operation & Transparency.
• Prepare tentative Readiness of manufacturing item & mention in program i.e. Manifold block, machining items etc.
• Machine Maintenance
• Work with "ON TIME MATERIAL AVAILABILITY" concept.
• Provide best effort to Maintain customer delivery schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors & internal team for timely completion of job.
• Work on inventory control & reduction topic.
• Support operation team during execution of project if they have any challenge. Support Team Leader in standardization process for future strategic approach. Support management in creating the workplace Great Place to Work.
• Resolve issue of Non-conformity related to Material & arrange RCA, CAPA from supplier. Prepare & update ISO documents and face ISO or Customer Audit whenever require.
