Job Description:

ey Responsibilities:

  1. Store Operations: Manage all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  2. Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and take proactive measures to drive sales growth and profitability.
  3. Team Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure high performance, productivity, and customer service excellence.
  4. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric environment by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  5. Visual Merchandising: Coordinate with visual merchandisers to create appealing displays, arrange product layouts, and maintain store aesthetics. Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
  6. Budget Management: Manage store budget, expenses, and financial targets. Monitor costs, control expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maximizing sales and profitability.
  7. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives. Drive traffic to the store, increase brand awareness, and capitalize on seasonal trends and opportunities.
  8. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers. Implement safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address any safety or security concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field (preferred).
  2. Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence.
  3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  5. Knowledge of retail operations, sales techniques, merchandising principles, and customer service best practices.
  6. Proficiency in using ERP, and MS Office applications.
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
