Key Responsibilities :
• Answer calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.
• Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using our brochures and software
• Convey verbal acknowledgments of offers to our retail candidates for closing.
• Ask questions to the customer and understanding their specifications and Resolving their queries and issues related to the products and services.
• Take and process product orders in a professional manner.
• Maintain the database of customers on a regular basis.
• Suggest solutions based on customers’ needs and requirements.
• Pose questions to comprehend client necessities and close sales.
