Job Description:
JD-Transport Coordinator
- Share Indent with transporter on timely basis
- Follow-up with transporter for vehicles
- Inspecting of reported vehicle, ensure vehicle reported vehicle is as per the requirement, check floor and roof condition
- Follow-up with transporter for POD.
- Indent has to be given to freight tiger as soon as the OBD is created.
- Follow up with Freight Tiger (FT ) for the vehicle placement
- Whatever POD we have, we have to file it and follow up on the pending POD.
- As soon as the vehicle is reported, it has to be checked as per given indent and if the vehicle is not fit then it has to be rejected at that time.
- Follow up with the supervisor to get the vehicle loaded, whichever vehicle is reported.
- BBND sheet should be updated at short intervals.
- If any vehicle is cancel, then the transporter has to go to the mail time as advised by the client/FT.
- Proper tracking of Billing & Vehicle transported.
