Job Description:
We take comprehensive O&M of Coal Handling Plants across the country. Major mechanical works along with Operation under Routine Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance is as under –
- All Conveyors Belts.(Including Boom Conveyor, RBF, & Dribble Conveyorand RBF of Coal Sampling Unit etc.)
- Pulleys (Drive Pulleys, Tail Pulleys, Snub Pulleys, Deflector Pulleys, Bend Pulleys, Take-up Pulleys etc.)
- Idlers: (Troughing Idler, Return Idler, Impact Idler, Self Aligning Idlers, 2 Roll V type Return Idler (10˚), Single Roll Flat Return Idler, Spiral Rubber Disc Return Idler, Self Aligning V Type Return (10˚),Self Aligning Flat Return Idler, Non-magnetic Idler 35˚, Machined Idler 35˚, Transition 20˚ Idler, Transition 10˚ Idler etc and Frames (Carrying & Return), Carrying Idler Frame, Self Cleaning Idlers, Return Idlers etc.) including its frames
- Skirt Plate, Deflector plates, Discharge of Coal Chutes, Flap Gate, Rod Gate, Rack and Pinion Gates
- Traveling Tripper Cars, Gear Box Units and Various Gear Unit, Paddle Feeders, ILMS and Magnetic Separators, Thruster Brakes, Coal Sampler.
- Sump Pumps, Horizontal and Vertical Water Pumps, such as Cooling Water Pumps, DFDS pumps, DSS pumps, Portable Water Pumps, Feed water pump, sprinkling water pump etc. in different Pump Houses related to CHP.
- Dust Extraction, Ventilation Extraction, Dust Suppression
- All types of Electrical and C& I Work.
- All O&M activities of Balance of Plants
