Production Engineer

Job Description:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical

Desired Experience: Up to 5 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a Fabrication.

 Skills Set required/Job Profile : 

1    Meeting daily production schedule.

2   Confirm quality through Routine Checks. (V9)

3    Interacting service supports department within Plant.

4     Ensuring standards work is followed.

5     Maintaining 5 “S” in work Area.

6    Looking for continuous improvements (Kaizens)

7   Identifying 16 Major Losses & recording.

8   Maintaining daily  ‘JH’ Checksheets.

9   Ensuring ‘ Sensory ’(Comparator) Availability at work stage.

10 Daily check for produced component w.r.t. ‘Sensory’ for scheduled timings.

11 Training to workmen for work instructions.

12 Proper documentation for the above work.

13 Responsible for good housekeeping.

14 Shift Planning of Workmen.

15 Achieve Max OEE (above 95%) of the production line.

16. Able to do Continuous improvement online ( Kaizens) (Suggestions )
