Job Description

Network and Systems Administration:

• Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the network, performing regular security checks and updates.
• Monitor network performance and optimize as necessary.

Hardware and Software Management:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Manage software licenses and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Experience with network administration, server management, and technical support.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• CCTV operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• SOPHOS Firewall operation and monitoring.
