Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Sr. Executive – HR & Admin for a reputed FMCG MNC Company at Delhi (Okhla Phase 3) location.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee’s recruitment
  • Issuance of Offer Letter.
  • To complete joining formalities of new employees (permanent & outsourced).
  • Maintaining employee’s personal file.
  • Employees’ orientation – policies explanation.
  • Preparation of salary advice of permanent employees.
  • Coordination with vendors for the preparation of salary advice of outsourced employees.
  • Preparation of incentive & reimbursement advice of permanent & outsourced employees.
  • Record keeping of attendance & leave records of permanent and outsourced employees.
  • Enrollment of permanent & outsourced employees under PF & ESI scheme.
  • Record keeping of employees’ PF & ESI records. Preparation of Transfer letter, Absenteeism Letter, Warning letter, and Show Cause Notice etc.
  • Coordination with insurance companies for the addition/ deletion of employees on monthly basis and employee’s health/ accidental insurance claim reimbursements.
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly HR Report.
  • Record keeping of state wise minimum wages revision.
  • Assisting in Annual HR Audit. 
  • Full & final settlement of permanent & outsourced employees.
  • Coordination with all branches/ centers for day-to-day activities.
  • To take care of administration tasks – office maintenance, stationary, housekeeping, event arrangements, and annual parties etc.

Age: 28 to 35 Years

Qualification: Any University Graduate/ MBA (Specialization in HR)

Gender - Male

Candidates Profile:

  • Comfortable to work in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity towards the job, positive attitude and creative thinker.
  • PC skills like MS Excel & Power point.
  • Languages known: English & Hindi.
  • Good communication skills & computer knowledge.
