Assistant Manager Loss Prevention for a QSR chain

Job Description:

Take active part in monthly inventory and yearly asset audit
Deployment of security staff and cross verifying the final attendance towards monthly payroll
Conduct routine round/patrols and surveillance of high risk areas to prevent shrinkage
Conduct mock fire drills and evacuation drills in case of any emegency
Ensuring all Fire fighting equipments are in working condition with monthly inspection reports
Visit stores and perform fire & safety audits
Provide training to employees in regards to fire & safety
Coordinate and conduct internal investigation such as thefts, fraud and violation of process/policies
Supervise and keep vigil across all stores and report accordingly
To attend general meeting with all managers so as to reslove issue highlighted and actively take part in operational needs
Train Lp staff on loss control and preventive measures Perform cash, stock and inventory audits.

Able to review cctv footage and investigate incident of thefts, malpractice, shoplifting etc
Checking of DSR along with sales cash depostion process
Maintain all documentation in regards to all incident and loss prevention activities.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Knowledge on MS Office, Excel, PPP and other application
