  • Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Salary Payroll: Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement in compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • PF & ESI Management: Administer Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) processes, including timely contributions, record maintenance, and resolving employee queries.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements related to HR operations.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
