Job Description:
Domain Knowledge: 2-4 Yrs. experience in US Healthcare (RCM)
Location – Hyderabad
Mode – Work from Office
Shift – Night shift
Key Skills:
Experience in AR calling & thorough knowledge about RCM (US Healthcare)
Cycle,
Be able to create Error Parameters based on SOP,
Be able to conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the
findings,
Strong Communication Skills- both verbal & written, to be able to provide
Feedback and coaching on monthly quality session for operations teams to share
top improvements & preventive actions,
Be able to conduct one on one connects with the bottom quartile management
and
Flexibility to work in any shift, depending on the shift that Operations Follows.
