Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as AGM/DGM in Planning and Architecture. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing the architectural planning, design, and execution of our real estate projects. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural principles, project management, and real estate development processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:

Lead the architectural design and planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to create innovative and functional architectural designs.
Ensure designs comply with all regulatory requirements and are within budget constraints.

Project Management:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects from conception to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor a team of architects, designers, and planners.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update stakeholders on project status.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure all designs and construction meet high-quality standards and are in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and resolve any design-related issues.

Innovation and Sustainability:

Promote sustainable design practices and incorporate green building principles into projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field.

Primary responsibility-

  • Liaison with architect and local statutory body for finalization of design, liaison with project construction team.
  • Preparing inputs in the construction drawings.
  • Site related issues coordinating with principle architect and preparing and executing detailing at site.
  • Taking leading roles in finishing items.
  • Preparation of GFC drawings and preparation drawings for final statutory approval.
