Job Description:
Key Responsibility Areas:
- HR planning, Organization structure & Employee life cycle management
- Recruitment & Selection
- Lead Employee Induction and Orientation including the development of necessary statutory letters & circulars.
- Lead the Performance Management & Appraisal System
- Develop SOPs & Policies (Shops & Establishment Act)
- Employee Engagement, Motivational Activities for fostering the organization culture.
- Lead the Employee Exit Process
- Payroll Management & Salary Process Review
- Develop HR systems for improvement in employee communication & skills through training , employee retention, grievance handling, performance improvement and discipline.
- Oversee Office Management including Procurement & Vendor Management & Housekeeping and Maintenance
- Liaison with Insurance Agency for Insurance Policy/ GPA & GMC
Requirements:
- Proficient Written & spoken communication skills
- 01-02 years in leadership/ managerial position with team handling capability
- Candidate is belong from Baroda & settle with family.
- First priority should be given to pharma background candidates
- Job location Vadodara office & Handle to 02 /03 teammates
