Location : Gandhinagar, Vadodara, Anand, Surat, Vapi, Jamnagar, Rajkot.

EDUCATION:  Any Graduate / Postgraduates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


 Should be able to generate leads and take the entire sales cycle to closure with
limited or no intervention from Manager
 Ensuring prompt customer service & implementing various customer related
initiatives in assigned region.
 Ensuring that the ‘IRDA (Insurance Brokers) Regulations, that are in force are
adhered to in their respective area.
 Visit potential customers for new business
 Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts to meet sales and profitability
goals establish by the Direct-Sales Management
 Keep database current and accurate with target customer, current customer, and
future customer
 Ensuring that business targets are met month on month.
 Increase branch footfall and presence along with demonstrating excellent customer
service and setting an example for other staff.
 Support in initiating branch engagement and marketing activities and growth
campaigns.
 Performs other related duties as assigned.


CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND EXPECTATIONS:


1. Direct sales / Agency sales background.
2. BDE should have marketing knowledge and have plans to execute the same.
3. Should have good customer Interaction and Customer Service skill.
4. Minimum 2 Years of insurance sales experience.
