Job responsibilities –
- To look after front desk activities.
- Travel Arrangement: - Air Tickets, Train Tickets
- Arrangement of Cabs as and when required.
- Arranging hotel accommodation for employees as and when required.
- Courier Management.
- Handling of Petty cash for day to day office expenses.
- Printing of business cards, envelops, and various kinds of forms.
- Handling of Pantry & Housekeeping material and to maintain inventory.
- Arrangement of lunch & Snacks for management.
- Office Repair & Maintenance
- Monthly expenses reports
- Payment advice for Vendor bill payments.
