Job Description:

Description of the activities: Area Sales Manager (Non-Woven & Label Printing) - International Business

Duties, powers, and responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and expanding global relationships with (potential) customers in your product portfolio;
  • Introducing, promoting, and selling products from the portfolio;
  • Visiting and maintaining contacts with (potential) customers;
  • Advising the customer on technical matters and staying informed about relevant market developments and anticipating them;
  • Translating technical problems of the customer into commercial solutions;
  • Drafting a sales plan and achieving objectives in terms of revenue, margin, and growth.
  • Issuing and following up on quotations
  • Closing order and collecting payments
  • Monitoring relevant market developments
  • Recording all relevant account information in the appropriate resources
  • Achieving the sales targets in accordance with the sales plan in terms of turnover, margin, and growth

 

Job requirements:

  • B. Tech. / Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred from reputed govt. recognized University.
  • Extensive experience in label & Non-woven Sector in an international environment.
  • Able to translate the wishes and needs of customers into commercial opportunities through technical insight or affinity
  • Affinity with production and industrial applications
  • Extensive sales experience in the manufacturing industry in an international environment
  • Combines relationship management with acquisition
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques
  • Proactive attitude, initiative-driven, decisive, and results-oriented
  • Convincing communicator who can effectively communicate with people in the company who are diverse in terms of languages, background, culture, and seniority
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly and extensively
  • About 10 to 12 years’ experience in a dynamic product management or marketing role in textile industry.

  • Age – 35 to 40 years
  • Languages Known –English, Hindi, Gujarati
