Position:          Distributor Network Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Devise a comprehensive strategy for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new distributors in key regions.
• Identify potential distributor partners through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Establish relationships with prospective distributors, conduct negotiations, and finalize partnership agreements.
• Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to distributors to ensure they meet performance targets and represent the company effectively.
• Regularly monitor distributor performance, sales trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to coordinate channel-related activities and initiatives.
• Appointment of Distributor Network in India
• Onboarding & Documentation
• Maintain Business relations with the Distributors
• Monitor performance of Distributors

Required Skills

• Must be excellent in written and spoken English, net savvy, and adept at computer skills.
• Proven track record of minimum 3 year in successfully Appointing and managing distributor(s) /Super Stockiest channels in a competitive market environment.
• Strong Negotiation, Communication and Interpersonal Communication skill.
• Ability to travel extensively within india to meet with distributors and oversee channel operations.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduate 

Salary: - Up to 15.00 LPA
