Job Description:
· Collaborate with architects, facade consultants, purchase managers, and other specifiers to understand project requirements and design objectives.
· Promote and educate stakeholders on the benefits and applications of the company's products.
· Assist in the development of project-specific glass product specifications.
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architectural firms, design professionals, contractors, and builders.
· Serve as a key point of contact for specifiers, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Lead by example and actively participate in sales activities, including client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Monitor sales pipelines, track progress, and ensure that sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues electively.
· Provide technical support and assistance to architects and designers during the specification process.
· Address technical inquiries, resolve challenges, and other solutions that align with project requirements.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure that specified glass products meet design intent and performance criteria.
· Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate the fulfillment of specified products.
