Job Responsibilities:
 
• Understand and learn the details of each job order and its requirements
• Identify candidates utilizing various sources available resume database, employment web sites,
referrals, own network. LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct preliminary interview to qualify the candidate -assess technical skill level, communication skills, location preferences, salary expectations, need for accommodations, etc.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience in Recruitment in Pharma Industry
Excellent English communication skills
Technically savvy
Detailed and process oriented
Willing to learn and focused on improvement
