Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar market.

Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Mentor and guide junior sales staff, providing training and support as needed.

Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for senior management.

Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
