Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager- Analytical lab
Location: Mundra
Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Industries: Chemical-MNC
Responsibilities:
- Analytical Process development – various method development for analysis & Method Validation, wet analysis etc.
- Strong knowledge in Organic chemistry & Various analytical tools /methods of analysis.
- Monitor Time schedule / TCD as Projected to develop new molecules
- SOP writing for various analytical Methods adopted.
- To assist new plant for batch standardization (during commissioning stage)
- Day-to-day Job Planning & scheduling to match the bar chart (in time)
- To help MSDS /HAZOP discussion/Corrosion study - MOC selection etc
- Operation, calibration, maintenance and cleaning of pH meter, HPLC, Diffusion, Dissolution Karl Fisher, UV Visible spectrophotometer instrument & other analytical instruments.
- Preparing Analytical method development, Validation and Analytical investigation reports, to perform HPLC and GC analysis.
- Appropriate documentation of results and calculations, preparation of SOPs specification and test methods.
- Interpret results, evaluate data, draw relevant conclusions and give timely feedback to concerned Departments.
- Review of calibration of different Analytical instruments.
- To perform and coordinate and work allotted by management apart from job mentioned in job description.
