Job Description:
Position: Production Engineer – Assembly (03No)
About the responsibilities of the position: The main activity of the production supervisor is that he is responsible for all the shop flower activities as per following job profile. .
Reporting to: Manager
Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience: Up to 1 to 3 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a Fabrication..
(CTC 15 to 20 K)
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
1 Meeting daily production schedule.
2 Confirm quality through Routine Checks. (V9)
3 Interacting service supports department within Plant.
4 Insuring standards work is followed.
5 Maintaining 5 “S” in work Area.
6 Looking for continuous improvements (Kaizens)
7 Identifying 16 Major Losses & recording.
8 Maintaining daily ‘JH’ Check sheets.
9 Training to workmen for work instructions.
- 1 Proper documentations for above work.
11 Responsible for good housekeeping.
12 Shift Planning of Workmen.
13 Achieve Max OEE (above 95%) of the production line.
- 14. Able to do Continuous improvement on line ( Kaizens) (Suggestions )
