EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Project Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in green field and brown field construction environments in managerial positions. They should have hands-on experience in Civil, Electrical, structural, interior/exterior execution, with a good understanding of drawings, BOQ, project plan, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of project execution, including Civil, Electrical, structural, interior/exterior execution.
Ensure compliance with drawings, BOQ, project plan, and team management.
Knowledge of overall P&L management and billing as per measurement sheet with relevant commercial understanding.
Ensure safety compliance during project execution.
Build and maintain a strong vendor/supplier base.
Implement cost optimization strategies.
Demonstrate crisis management skills when necessary.
Oversee documentation processes.
Attend progress meetings with contractors, consultants, and customers regularly.
Train junior engineers and technicians.
Conduct market research to stay updated about new technologies, industry standards, and regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in green field and brown field construction environments in managerial positions.
Hands-on experience in Civil, Electrical, structural, interior/exterior execution.
Strong understanding of drawings, BOQ, project plan, and team management.
Knowledge of overall P&L management and billing processes.
Strong vendor/supplier management skills.
Cost optimization and crisis management skills.
