Designation: Salesman

Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: Basic              : 2300 SAR

• Housing           : 25% (Basic)
• Transportation : 10% (Basic)
• Mobile              : 100 SAR
• Contract           : 2 years
• Ticket               : Full ticket upon completing the contract (half ticket by company every first year of contract)
• Incentive          : Provided based on KPI and sales target achieved.
• Vacation           : 42 days paid vacation every two years

Job Description:

The Salesman will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and selling products, and achieving sales targets within the designated territory. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the seafood industry, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a sales role.

1) Present, promote, and sell shrimp, fish, and related value-added products to existing and prospective customers.

2) Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

3) Reach out to customer leads through cold calling or visits to generate sales opportunities

4) Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled deadlines.

5) Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

6) Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

7) Prepare and submit sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager. 

MANDATORY (Minimum Qualification) OR PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

1. Education: High school diploma; (Specialized degree will be an added advantage)
2. Knowledge: Proven work experience as a Salesman or relevant role in the seafood industry, preferably with knowledge of shrimp, fish, or related products.
3. Basic Skills & Competencies: Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills, Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
4. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position & field
5. Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Other Skills & Competencies Requirement: Knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications in the seafood industry.
