Client Service Executive
Job Description:
*The primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
*Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients to address their needs, gather requirements, and provide information.
*Work closely with the design team to relay client feedback, updates, and changes to project specifications.
*Schedule and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are followed up on promptly.
*Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and other client-related documents.
*Support the senior client service team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Primary Skills
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
*Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication tools.
