The primary responsibilities (but not limited to) for a Executive_HR & Admin are listed below.
- Manage the Recruitment process and life cycle, including initial assessments, conducting interviews,
and offering the candidates.
- Responsible for travel booking (Train/flight) & Hotel booking arrangements for company staff for their
business tour/travel.
- Responsible to Oversee and supervise/management the work of admin staff & Housekeeping staff,
Security guards, drivers, Gardener etc.
- Responsible for Estate Management - Arranging/ calling for repairs & maintenance:
Technician/Electrician/Plumber.
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies
as needed.
- Responsible for facility management — Estate maintenance, buildings management, technical
infrastructure, lighting, transportation, IT-services, furniture, grounds maintenance and other user-
specific equipment and appliances
- Responsible for arrangement of Tea/Coffee, Snacks, Electrical maintenance, Drinking Water, Fan &
Light repairing.
- Administration, decision making and overseeing daily routine work.
- Manage SIM Cards, phone connections, dangle connections.
- Billing of the mobile connections & land line connection and timely payments.
- Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), Company Membership renewal & Renewal / Maintain of
company insurance policy.
- Monthly maintenance of furniture/ Ac's/ pest control/ car servicing / bus servicing/ fire safety / pantry
audit.
- Security, Gardener, Contractors, and housekeeping salary bills etc.
- Vehicle maintenance / Repairing / Fast Tag / PUC / Transfer / Renewal / Vehicle Insurance.
- Miscellaneous / Scrap Management & Miscellaneous / Scrap Management bill passing for Service
Agencies.
- Stationary, Housekeeping material, IT Related material, admin related items PO PR and ordering.
- Responsible for Facilitation of all events / hotels / while events being organized in different locations.
- Canteen facility management, Petty cash.

Responsible to prepare and maintain ISO related work and documentation.

Responsible for maintaining GEB/GPCB/DG/STP related Monthly/Quarterly and yearly records/Return submit

Issuing PPE's to employees & maintaining stock & records of PPE's
Qualifications
- MSVV / MLW / MBA-HR
Additional Information
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Should be able to read, write & speak English, Hindi & Gujarati.
- Should have excellent communication skill.
- Hands-on experience in Admin activities and MSOffice applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
