Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

  • maintain excellent written and oral communication skills. Equally effective administrative management and advanced word and excel processing support.

    Team Management- Planning & Control - Process Management – Operations Management - Customer Relationship - Cross Functional Coordination - Training & Development- Different Govt. Vocational Schemes Implementations- Analytical Skills– Problem Solving & Solution Finding.

  • Key Responsibilities-

    • Identify the training needs of employees and prepare the training calendars
    • Responsible for Learning & development initiatives of Trainees and Operatives, 
    • Induction and orientation and foundation program for new joiners’, 
    • Graduate and Post Graduate campus to recruits and placement also
    • Supporting and assisting to manage different schemes of Government Collaborative program development with Engineering, Diploma and Vocational Institutes
    • In house training and project work Coordination of undergraduate/non skilled program 
    • Recruitment and selection of trainees under various training schemes.
    • Driving skill development initiatives for Vocational Institutes by partnering with Government or Industry bodies.
