Job Profile:
- Operating / programming of VMC,CNC, maintain 5S
- Supervision and shift handling
- Implement 5s and kaizen related activities
- Improve cycle time for a no.of job in production
- working vmc Vertical (G17) and Horizontal
- Responsible for production norms & with Quality for every operation.
- Responsible for dept activities.
- Defining a daily production plan for the shift.
- Responsible for monitoring & developing new products, tooling & processes.
- Responsible for maintaining all documents & records pertaining to process.
- Reviewing daily quality status.
- Working on TPM & enviourment.
- Reducing rejection.
- Having a knowledge of CNC, VMC, Grinding m/c.
- Maintaining 5S activity in the department.
