Job Title: QA/QC Manager Aramco Approved

Location: Dammam, KSA

Job Summary: As the QA/QC Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control activities within our organization, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and regulations. You will manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, develop quality procedures, and implement inspection programs to maintain high standards of quality and reliability for our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures in compliance with Aramco standards.
  • Plan and conduct QA/QC audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality specifications and requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Review and approve quality documentation, including inspection reports, test plans, and quality records.
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory agencies to discuss quality-related issues and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to assess their capability to meet quality requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5plus years of experience in QA/QC management in the oil and gas industry, preferably with experience working on Aramco projects.
  • Cross Country pipeline project experience
  • Strong knowledge of Aramco standards and regulations related to quality management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and supplier locations as needed.
