Job Description:
DGM – Production
B Pharma / M Pharma minimum 15 years of experience in handling Formulation Plant.
- He should have handled the entire Production activities in Formulations Plant.
- Handling entire Production activities of Tablet, Capsules, Liquid manufacturing division.
- Handling Production Planning and Inventory Control.
- Handling USFDA, MHRA and the other regulatory audits.
- Review Batch sheets, BPR, Validation etc.,
- Handling Pilot Plants.
- Manage a team of Production staff and operator
- Manage production contract laborers
- Coordination with QA, QC and RA departments
- He should be a good Communicator, Motivator and Team player
