Job Title: EXPEDITOR
Job Location: Wuxi, China
Experience: 5 years of Experience
Salary Package: 8000 RMB

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Expeditor or similar role (5 years minimum)
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Educational Qualification- minimum bachelor’s degree in business management.
- Prefer candidates who can join immediately.
- Must speak English.
Job Description
- Go through the terms and conditions of the Purchase Order once received from Purchasing Dept. (Check the supplier Order Conformation thoroughly is in line with our PO, report any inaccuracies & confirm delivery is in line with requirements) --- Order Confirmation to be uploaded in ERP & update status of activity done in ERP status update.
- In case of deviation –between the submitted offer and Purchase Order coordinate with the Buyer.
- Follow up on order acknowledgment.
- Amendment of PO in case of changes, Subject to approved by Dept. Manager / Branch Manager.
- In case of LC issue LC application and submit the same to the accounts dept via ERP.
- Follow up on order and update ERP (status update) on every follow up.
- Inspection notification to be issued via ERP to QA dept.
- Prepare shipping entry in ERP on receipt of the shipping advise from supplier.
- Follow up on shipping and clearing documents from the supplier on time, well in advance before the vessel arrives.
- Any other clarification related to MTC, Short shipment, damage of material – liaising with QA dept. and suppliers.
- General correspondence related to the orders and enquiries. (also, to be updated in status update of ERP)
- Maintain healthy and strong relationship with the suppliers.
- Maintain all records in accordance with ERP system practices.
- Updating Daily Task Report in ERP
- Responsible to complete any other work assigned by Dept Manager / Branch Manager / Management.
