Hiring Pilger Operator with MNC company at AbuDhabhi

Job Description:

• 1. Operates pilger machine in accordance with manufacturer’s and internal instructions.
• 2. Documents production requirements using the info software system.
• 3. Loads and unloads pilger machine using overhead crane and/or forklift.
• 4. Reads production orders to determine specific reduction requirements.
• 5. Monitors operation of equipment to determine when maintenance is required.
• 6. Performs Preventive maintenance tasks.
• 7. Inspects product to determine whether equipment is functioning properly.
• 8. Change dies, mandrels, mandrel rods, guides, jaws, according to size needed.
• 9. Marking pipe to maintain identity.
• 10. Clean lubricant from pipe surfaces.
• 11. Measure length and cut according to the cutting instructions.
• 12. Visually inspect pipe surface to determine that tooling, lubricant, and the machine meets standards.
• 13. Follows regulatory safety requirements.
• 14. Ability to make precision measurements of pipe o.d., wall, i.d., and length using measuring tools such an o.d. micrometer, wall micrometer, i.d. micrometer, and pi tape.
• 15. Ability to record measurements on control chart documents

• Working time- 8 hrs
